Vanpool Service to be Discontinued 1/1/2022

Due to low program participation, Yakima Transit will no longer offer Vanpool service beginning January 1st, 2022. Regular, fixed route bus service, the Yakima-Ellensburg Commuter, and Dial-A-Ride service are unaffected by this change and will continue normal operations.… Continued

Slight Change to Route 3 Beginning 8/31

Changes to Route 4 Starting June 14th

Effective Monday, June 14th, Yakima Transit is revising Route 4 to serve Chuck Austin Place, 1703 Tahoma Avenue, a new housing development and service hub for veterans.
